The Talent Sourcer will find and attract candidates, handle job postings, assist with interviews, and collaborate with HR on recruitment strategies.
Position Summary:
We’ve got big plans for continued growth at Cadwell and are looking for a Talent Sourcer to play an important role on our team! The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This is a remote position.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Collaborates with the SVP of Human Resources for compensation related to job descriptions for posting roles and potential rate negotiations.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Is responsible for job posting and advertising processes
- Executes proactive outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Indeed, personal networks, referrals) to build qualified candidate pipelines
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborates with recruiter for coordinating interviews, job offers, etc.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the recruitment process
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Coordinates travel arrangements for candidates
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred; experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of related work experience required; proven experience sourcing candidates
- PHR or SHRM-CP credential preferred; certification accepted in lieu of 1 year of experience and/or education
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and exceptional writing skills; remain professional and solutions-focused while interacting with others
- Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, preferred: Greenhouse), web tools (i.e. Linkedin Recruiter, etc.) and database systems and applications
- Critical success criteria include attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- General office positions may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.

Salary Range
$75,000—$95,000 USD
