With our innovative AR icebreakers, we've changed the game on how conversations start. As we consistently expand our user base and features, we're in search of a capable Talent Relations Intern to join our vibrant team and help shape the future of social media. Your understanding of talent relations and recruitment will play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Scouting for talent across social media platforms, aiming to partner with creators that align with our brand identity.
  • Establishing and maintaining a framework for communication with existing and potential talent.
  • Recruiting talent via social media, building strong relationships with some of the top creators in the world. 
  • Ensuring that all talent responsibilities are fulfilled (i.e. sharing custom content).

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week from the office (Culver City, CA).
  • Deep understanding of how Gen Z consumes content across various platforms.
  • “In progress” degree in Communications or a related field, or possess relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a knack for fostering positive relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience in talent relations within the social media space.
  • Familiarity with the current influencer landscape and digital trends.
