As a Talent & Learning Program Manager focusing on IC onboarding, you will design and lead global programs that accelerate new hire integration, strengthen individual contributor capabilities, and support Zoom’s business success through scalable and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Experience Ownership: Continuously enhance Zoom’s onboarding journey to ensure new hires are engaged, aligned with business goals, and equipped for success. Lead efforts to automate and streamline processes globally.
     
  • Learning Culture & Development: Champion a growth-focused culture by creating and curating learning programs that reflect Zoom’s values and strategic goals.
     

  • Insight-Driven Program Design: Use data, feedback, and a deep understanding of workforce needs to craft innovative and scalable learning experiences.
     

  • Strategic Partnering: Work closely with business leaders to align learning programs with organizational priorities and team dynamics.
     

  • Program & Project Management: Drive end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, from planning to evaluation, ensuring high-impact and continuous improvement.
     

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Proficiency in instructional design across various modalities (VILT, e-learning, etc.).

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong program management skills with a focus on execution and results.
     

  • Agility and commitment to excellence in a rapidly changing environment.
     

Nice-to-Have:

  • Organizational Development experience.

  • Experience designing global onboarding programs.
     

Education:

  • Preferred degree in Human Resources, Leadership, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
