The Opportunity:
We are seeking a senior HR Systems Analyst & Administrator to join our Digital Talent Strategy team. This role will play a key role in transforming our HR technology ecosystem by supporting Talent Intelligence with focus on Recruiting and Sourcing Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) implementation and managing day-to-day administration post-implementation.
Responsibilities:
System Implementation- HRIS Lead for Talent Intelligence with focus on Recruiting CRM system implementation, module rollouts, and integrations
- Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Partner with Workday HRIS, IT and vendor(s) to ensure system alignment and integration
- Serve as Talent Intelligence and Recruiting CRM technical expert
- Maintain and administer the Recruiting CRM system
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security configurations
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage vendor tickets
- Ensure data accuracy through audits, validations, and process checks
- Support data governance initiatives and dashboard development
- Collaborate with TA functional owners to streamline workflows
- Recommend and implement system enhancements
- Document procedures and maintain process guides
- Support end user training development and delivery
Qualifications:
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in HR systems administration or HRIS analyst roles
- 3+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Intelligence platforms
- 2+ years of experience in supporting an HR systems implementation
- Knowledge of HR business process fundamentals
- Proficient in HR data management, auditing, and reporting tools
- Experience with data privacy and security best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Desired:
- Experience with Recruiting CRM system implementations
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi)
- Knowledge of business process design and systems lifecycle methodologies
- Familiarity with HR disciplines like talent acquisition or talent management

The proposed salary range for this position is:
