Talent Engagement Senior Manager is responsible for operationalizing the global EVP into India to help grow the local employer brand for efficient talent engagement and acquisition.Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Contribute to the development of the global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) by conducting in-depth local associate and leader conversations to capture market-specific insights.
- Identify, curate, and document compelling local associate and leadership stories to effectively amplify the EVP within the Indian market.
- Partner closely with the local Communications lead to leverage and align the corporate brand for targeted talent engagement initiatives.
- Develop and publish regular employer-brand–focused content across local digital channels, including platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of employer branding and engagement activities, and adjust strategies as required to optimize impact.
- For the right candidate, provide opportunities to collaborate on global content creation, EVP operationalization, and employer branding campaigns across multiple technologies and platforms, including Glassdoor, indeed, the global Sandoz LinkedIn platform, Sandoz.com/careers, and more than 17 country-specific career sites.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience in a dynamic Communications, Employer Branding, or Talent Engagement environment, with readiness to step into a Senior Manager or Lead role.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, with strong storytelling, writing, and editorial capabilities tailored to employer branding and talent engagement audiences.
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to conduct deep‑dive analysis to problem‑solve, manage multiple priorities, collaborate across stakeholders, influence outcomes, and deliver with speed and quality.
- Technology Enablement: Experience working with digital and social platforms; LinkedIn administration or employer brand platform experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates learning agility, with openness to developing new skills and tools, and interest in gaining exposure to global programs and initiatives.
- Strong command of Business English, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
