Role Overview
The Talent Enablement Manager supports the delivery of scalable, consistent Talent Management operations across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management Operations, this role focuses on improving how work gets done across the talent lifecycle (recruiting and onboarding, learning, talent management practices). You will help streamline workflows, introduce practical AI-enabled solutions, strengthen execution discipline, and improve visibility into program performance.
This role is ideal for an operationally strong, AI-curious leader who enjoys building smarter processes, reducing manual effort, and helping teams work more efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Lead a Talent Enablement team responsible for high-volume operational workflows that support Talent programs.
  • Identify and implement practical AI and automation solutions to simplify work (e.g., GPT-based assistants, workflow tools, reporting enhancements).
  • Standardize processes and establish clear SOPs to improve consistency and quality.
  • Track performance metrics and build simple dashboards that increase transparency into delivery and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce friction, improve service levels, and enhance the employee experience.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Operations, HR Operations, Learning Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience leading workstreams or managing a small team in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong process mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and improve workflows.
  • Comfort working with data and translating metrics into actionable insights.
  • Interest in AI tools and automation, with experience applying them to improve productivity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Job Level: LEVEL M1
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$128,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
