Talent Development & Inclusion Partner

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Development & Inclusion Partner who brings contagious energy, a deep passion for learning, and a commitment to building an inclusive workplace. This role combines facilitation excellence with a strong background in content design and program management—someone who loves public speaking and knows how to create learning experiences that drive engagement, belonging, and behavior change. You’ll shape how teammates grow, lead, and connect across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Design & Facilitate Learning Experiences
    Lead highly engaging, inclusive training sessions for employees and managers. You’ll use creative facilitation techniques to drive participation, psychological safety, and practical takeaways.

  • Develop Engaging, Inclusive Content
    Create and continuously improve learning materials - slide decks, e-learning, guides, and toolkits, that align with company goals and reflect inclusive design principles.

  • Drive Manager Enablement
    Deliver targeted programs that empower people leaders with the skills and mindsets needed to lead high-performing, inclusive teams.

  • Lead Key Talent Programs
    Oversee core talent development initiatives including performance reviews, high-potential programs, and inclusive hiring training, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional coordination.

  • Embed Inclusion into the Employee Experience
    Partner with People Strategy, Recruiting, and business leaders to integrate inclusive practices into systems like hiring, feedback, development, and recognition.

  • Support Culture & Engagement
    Collaborate with TRGs and teammate-led initiatives, offering planning and operational support for cultural observances and moments that foster connection and equity.

  • Measure & Iterate
    Gather feedback and analyze impact to evolve programs over time, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance across our global team.
     

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, DEI, Org Development, or HR (within a global org is a plus)

  • Proven success designing and facilitating learning sessions that drive engagement and inclusion

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities - you're confident in front of any audience

  • Deep understanding of inclusive practices and how to bring them to life in talent systems
