As we continue to grow our Talent Management division, we're looking for a Talent Coordinator to support creator partnerships, campaign execution, and talent operations across our roster.

Role Overview

The Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Talent Management team while helping execute brand partnerships and creator initiatives across a diverse roster of talent.

This is a highly execution-focused role centered around campaign coordination, creator support, relationship management, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Talent Managers throughout the lifecycle of creator partnerships while gaining hands-on experience in talent representation, brand negotiations, and creator business development.

This role is designed as a long-term growth opportunity. High performers will have a clear path toward becoming a Talent Manager as they develop expertise in creator partnerships, negotiations, and talent strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Partnership Management

Manage brand partnerships from contract execution through campaign completion

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, content reviews, and posting schedules

Serve as a liaison between creators, brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly

Track campaign progress and proactively identify potential risks or blockers

Monitor campaign milestones and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled

Support campaign reporting and recap preparation following campaign completion

Talent Management Support

Support Talent Managers in the day-to-day management of creator relationships

Maintain regular communication with creators and provide ongoing support throughout active partnerships

Assist with creator onboarding, planning, and business development initiatives

Coordinate creator opportunities including events, appearances, gifting campaigns, brand trips, and other unpaid opportunities

Help maintain creator materials including media kits, case studies, audience insights, and partnership one-sheets

Participate in talent calls, meetings, and planning sessions while maintaining organized notes and follow-up actions

Creator Growth & Strategy

Monitor creator content performance, platform trends, and emerging opportunities within the creator economy

Assist in researching brand prospects and partnership opportunities aligned with creator goals

Support proactive outreach efforts and partnership ideation

Help identify opportunities for audience growth, revenue diversification, and long-term creator development

Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Operations & Administrative Support

Maintain internal trackers, campaign documentation, and creator records

Coordinate contracts, invoices, payment tracking, and campaign logistics

Ensure all creator and campaign information is accurately maintained across internal systems

Support reporting, deliverable collection, and performance tracking

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy, campaign management, and finance teams

Professional Development

Gain exposure to partnership negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring

Learn contract fundamentals and creator partnership best practices

Assist with rate benchmarking and market research

Gradually take ownership of smaller creator opportunities and negotiations as experience develops

Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Talent Manager role

Success Criteria

Consistent execution across active creator campaigns

Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple priorities

Timely and professional communication with creators, brands, and internal stakeholders

Accurate tracking of deliverables, contracts, and campaign milestones

Demonstrated growth in creator management, partnership strategy, and negotiation fundamentals

Positive creator and client experiences throughout campaign execution


RequirementsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

0-2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, talent management, public relations, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields

Internship experience within creator economy, entertainment, marketing, talent management, or agency environments is a plus

Strong interest in social media, creators, digital culture, and influencer marketing

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project management platforms
