The Role:
The Assistant will support a Business Affairs Executive, servicing Talent Business Ventures and Fashion. A general interest in brands, innovation, and deal making is helpful. The assistant supports the executive with a range of administrative tasks, and deal review.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties include coordinating meetings and schedules, planning travel, preparing expense reports, and producing correspondence
- Tracking and reviewing contracts and deals
- Research as needed in support of deal review
- Taking notes in strategy meetings and during deal negotiations
- Working collaboratively and cross-departmentally over all verticals of the agency
Qualifications:
- 10 months + of professional working experience in an administrative or project management capacity
- BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
- An interest in pop culture, entrepreneurship, entertainment and brands
- Self- starter interested in exploring new business opportunities
- Highly flexible, highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

On-Site in Los Angeles, CA, United States
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
