About the role:
We are looking for a Talent Analytics Analyst to join our Talent Operations team and help build the data infrastructure and insights that power our recruiting organization. In this role, you will own the development of talent dashboards, reporting, and executive-level presentations that help leadership make informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytically sharp, comfortable working with ambiguous data sets, and excited to build something from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do:
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain talent dashboards that provide real-time visibility into recruiting funnel health, pipeline efficiency, and hiring performance across the organization
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and slide decks that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Define, document, and standardize key recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source of hire) to ensure consistency across the team
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic hiring decisions
- Monitor data quality and integrity across recruiting systems and flag inconsistencies proactively
Data Infrastructure & Tooling
- Partner with data engineering to ensure recruiting data from our systems flow cleanly into our data warehouse
- Build and maintain data models and pipelines that support recurring reporting needs
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and reduce time spent on recurring data pulls
- Maintain documentation on data sources, metric definitions, and dashboard logic
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with Talent leadership, recruiters, and People Ops to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions
- Partner with Finance and HR on workforce analytics
- Serve as the go-to resource for data questions across the Talent team
- Present findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders in a clear, digestible format
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, people analytics, or recruiting operations
- Experience with Omni or similar BI tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse
- Ability to build clean, executive-ready presentations and visualizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes where none exist
