Brown and Caldwell is seeking a fulltime, results-driven Talent Advisor with comprehensive full cycle recruiting experience. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and serve as a strategic recruiting advisor. You will identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels—including employee referrals, passive sourcing, and other innovative pipelines—while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to hire outstanding employees who contribute to the growth and success of our organization.  

Job Summary  

The Talent Acquisition role supports talent acquisition strategy and contributes to the recruitment efforts of the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and engaging candidates for a variety of roles in diverse business units. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders, manage the talent pipeline effectively, and contribute significantly to the hiring process. This role will also provide guidance to less experienced team members and be required to solve moderately complex problems within broad guidelines and policies.  Work is performed under limited supervision.  

Responsibilities  

  • Source potential candidates from various networks, online channels, and employee referrals.  
  • Conduct interviews and organizing hiring processes.  
  • Engage with potential candidates, providing necessary information about the position and the organization.  
  • Engage with passive candidates regularly to maintain interest and build relationships.   
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and positions requirements.  
  • Manage the talent pipeline, including keeping track of pre-screened and interviewed candidates, and initiating communication when a position opens.  
  • Evaluate candidates' skills and match them with the job requirements.  
  • Handle all aspects of the offer process, including offer approval and recommendation, creating offer letters, , and closing of the recruitment process.  
  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced colleagues in the team.  
  • Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.  

Mentorship  

  • May provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow within their roles.  

Skills and Competencies  

  • Excellent interviewing skills, with an ability to assess candidates for organizational fit.  
  • Strong passive candidate sourcing skills.  
  • Outstanding communication and engagement skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders alike.  
  • Adeptness utilizing organizational tools to ensure efficient recruitment processes.  
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and its best practices.  

Experience  

  • Typically, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Talent Acquisition field.  
  • Prior experience providing guidance and training to less experienced teammates  
  • Previous experience in managing and organizing complex projects or initiatives.  

Education  

A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.  

Salary Range:The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.  These ranges may be modified in the future.  

  • Location A: $106,000 – $145,000  
  • Location B:  $116,000 - $160,000  
  • Location C:  $127,000 - $174,000
