Focus

  • Collaborate with department directors to forecast talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and drive succession planning.

  • Craft compelling job descriptions and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-impact candidate experience.

  • Develop and maintain strong headhunter partnerships, negotiate competitive fees, and uphold ethical recruitment practices.

  • Equip hiring managers with recruitment best practices, optimize selection processes, and sustain a strong talent pipeline.

A great candidate will have:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or internal recruitment, preferably for technical roles.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.

  • Experience of succession planning and aligning hires with company goals and values.

  • A well-established network of high-quality candidates.
