Gross annual base salary: USD $75,000.00 - $97,500.00

Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Total compensation is based on experience, skills, and location using objective, job-related criteria.

 


Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is involved with building relationships globally with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, sourcing, pipelining and screening resumes for specialized skills, and conducting interviews using both structured and agile methods. The role includes collaborating with global leaders to forecast hiring requirements, managing candidate communication through ATS, crafting job postings, and identifying effective job advertising channels. Representing the company at recruitment events and providing support to the HR department are also key responsibilities.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs. 
  • Source, pipeline and screen resumes to evaluate specialized skills and qualifications. 
  • Conduct interviews using various methodologies (e.g., structured, technical assessments, behavioral questions). 
  • This role involves driving recruitment initiatives that significantly impact workforce quality and organizational performance. 
  • Strong relationships with hiring managers will be developed to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. 
  • Collaboration with hiring leaders will help anticipate departmental goals and create targeted hiring strategies that support company growth. 
  • Proactively sourcing, pipelining, and assessing resumes will identify candidates with specialized skills and qualifications that meet strategic needs. 
  • Structured interviews will be conducted using various methodologies, including technical assessments and behavioral evaluations, to select top-tier talent. 
  • Clear timelines and objectives will be established with hiring managers to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process. 
  • Advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be utilized to effectively screen, assess, and engage with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. 
  • Compelling job postings will be crafted to accurately reflect role requirements and embody the company culture, attracting high-quality candidates. 
  • Optimal channels for promoting job openings will be identified, including professional associations, niche job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment events. 
  • The company will be represented at external recruitment events such as campus fairs, job fairs, and IT networking gatherings, enhancing brand visibility. 
  • Applicant responses will be managed, and interview schedules coordinated to ensure a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Thorough phone and in-person interviews will be conducted while providing constructive feedback to promote a positive candidate experience. 
  • Consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process will ensure they feel valued and informed, contributing to a positive employer brand. 
  • Support for HR initiatives and collaboration on various projects will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR strategy. 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in global recruiting, with a focus on demonstrated success. 
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and techniques to enhance hiring effectiveness. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proficiency in using Greenhouse and UKG Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes. 
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and strategy. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices. 
  • Experience in building and maintaining a positive employer brand to attract top talent. 
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment while contributing to overall HR objectives. 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Demonstrated success in global recruiting, particularly within the software or technology industry. 
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulatory requirements. 
  • Experience in global recruitment or managing international hiring processes in EMEA and APAC.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
