What's the role?
Tevora is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team.
This role will drive full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity and software development positions while also supporting key People Operations initiatives, including internship program management, onboarding oversight, ATS administration, and employee lifecycle coordination.
You will play a critical role in helping us attract top talent while ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience from offer acceptance through onboarding and beyond.
A day in the life could include:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our dynamic cybersecurity internship program, as well as assisting with full-time cybersecurity and software development roles, including job description creation, market analysis, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer letter management
- Conduct screenings to assess candidates' knowledge in areas such as network security, cloud security, ethical hacking, incident response, penetration testing, and secure coding practices
- Oversee and coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring timely communication, documentation completion, and cross-departmental readiness for new hires
- Serve as a primary administrator for the Lever ATS, including job postings, workflow configuration, reporting, system optimization, and user support
- Support offboarding coordination, including process tracking, documentation management, and internal stakeholder communication
- Build and maintain a strong early talent pipeline for internship programs, including potential participation in on-campus recruiting events and university outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements and ensure hiring alignment with specific project and client security needs
- Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance cybersecurity talent acquisition processes and help design new approaches to attract top-tier talent
- Respond to and triage initial employee inquiries related to People Operations processes
- Additional duties as assigned
Necessary skills and qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a blended People Operations role
- Experience recruiting in cybersecurity or related technical fields preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating programs (internship, early talent, or similar initiatives)
- Experience with Lever or other ATS systems, technical sourcing tools, and other recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with highly technical professionals.

- Experience in consulting or personal services environments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple high-priority roles.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a growing organization.
- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends, including certifications such as CISSP, PCI QSA, CISM, CEH, or similar.
