Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at VENU+, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment life cycle for crucial roles across different departments within the company by identifying and attracting talented individuals. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
- Collaborate with the team on forecasting staffing needs and best practices with attracting top talent
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry-specific websites, to attract and engage potential candidates
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with the onboarding process, orientation as needed, and facilitate paperwork completion
- High School Diploma and or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proficient In Microsoft products and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
