Location: Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help shape the future of how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and leverage insights, analytics, and emerging AI tools to optimize recruitment outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, values innovation, and has a clear vision for how technology and AI will transform the Talent landscape in the years ahead.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across global locations, including niche, hard-to-fill, and high-impact positions.
  • Develop and execute proactive, multi-channel sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS databases, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with external vendors and recruitment agencies when appropriate to ensure high-quality results.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring journey.

Analytics, Metrics & Reporting

  • Own and maintain recruitment dashboards and KPIs, providing actionable insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality-of-hire.
  • Use data to influence hiring decisions, workforce planning, and process improvements.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to identify trends, highlight risks, and guide data-informed recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with HR leadership to define and track metrics related to DEI and candidate experience.

AI, Innovation & Future of Talent

  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices in the Talent space.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to integrate AI-driven insights into sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Help shape the team’s vision for how technology will elevate efficiency, fairness, and hiring impact.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, offering market insights, competitor intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment on job architecture and competitive offers.
  • Facilitate structured, inclusive interview processes and coach interviewers on best practices.
  • Champion employer branding, DEI, and continuous improvement across recruitment operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or other fast-paced sectors.
  • Proven ability to design and interpret recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, AI-enabled sourcing, and data automation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and advising on hiring strategies.
  • Skilled in global recruiting, with awareness of local compliance and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Breezy, HireRight, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for connecting great talent with opportunity.
  • Curiosity about the evolving role of AI in Talent and a desire to help shape that future.
  • A collaborative, consultative approach grounded in data, insights, and empathy.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
