Helios Service Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to play a critical role in driving the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent. WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain an average time-to-fill of 30 days and time-to-hire of 10 days to support business needs.
  • Ensure 80% retention of new hires within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and process improvement support to hiring teams.
  • Deliver timely communication and recruitment updates, ensuring transparency in hiring decisions.
  • Gather and act on hiring manager feedback to improve candidate quality and recruitment processes.
  • Lead at least two projects per year focused on process optimization, recruitment strategy, and talent pipeline innovation.
  • Stay updated on best practices, recruitment trends, and industry insights to enhance hiring strategies.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and create urgency.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs, recruiting events and sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Some travel as needed.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record of success in an agency environment.
  • SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $82,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
