Availity is searching for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner, Technology to join our rapidly expanding team and help shape the future of our innovative technology organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll report directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for entry level to mid-level technology positions.

You will be at the heart of strategic growth, partnering with leaders to deeply understand business needs and deliver forward-thinking hiring solutions. Your expertise in creative sourcing and data-driven recruitment will help us attract and secure top-tier technology talent, fueling Availity’s mission to transform healthcare.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success recruiting top technology talent across diverse roles and disciplines.
  • Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for technology roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Possess strong communication skills in setting clear expectations, providing timely feedback, and guiding both candidates and stakeholders through the interview process.
  • Demonstrated success using innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven approaches to attract top sales talent.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology, especially within healthcare and solution-driven environments—to discover, engage, and champion exceptional tech talent who will fuel innovation and shape Availity’s future success.
  • Experience using platforms such as Codility for technical assessments.
  • Skilled in presenting and influencing manager level stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Proven track record in building genuine connections, foster trust, and champion a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workday) and leveraging data for recruitment decisions.

  • Assess for Excellence: Evaluating candidates for technology roles in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your expertise helps fuel our growth. Utilizing cutting-edge platforms like Codility to evaluate technical skills.

Video Camera Usage:

Availity fosters a collaborative and open culture where communication and engagement are central to our success.  As a remote first company, we are also camera-first and provide all associates with camera/video capability to simulate the office environment. If you are not able to use your camera for all virtual meetings, you should not apply for this role.

Having cameras on helps create a more connected, interactive, and productive environment, allowing teams to communicate more effectively and build stronger working relationships.  The usage of cameras also enhances security and protects sensitive company information. Video participation is required to ensure that only authorized personnel are present in meetings and to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, preventing social engineering, or the sharing of confidential information with non-participants.
