The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for driving end to end recruitment process and delivery across designated client groups in Central Europe. This role focuses on partnering with designated client groups in Enabling Functions (Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing & Communications, Digital Technology etc.) to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of open positions and ensure that the TA goals are met with high quality candidates. This role leverages various sourcing methods, screens candidates for both skills and cultural fit, and guides hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and quality of hire. They will have strong candidate screening skills, negotiation capabilities, and be proficient in managing entire recruitment processes. The TA Partner is proactive in identifying talent and will analyze and improve quality through key performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit:
- Leverage various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, etc. to identify qualified candidates.
- Define and execute the best candidate attraction strategies while leveraging the Talent Attraction team, and TA Insights/analytics.
- Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate’s motivation.
- Screen candidates for both skills and cultural fit to ensure a match with the organization's needs.
- Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in negotiations for offers with candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Be a brand ambassador by sharing content on social media and promoting GEV talent brand.
Advise & Lead:
- Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles of varying complexity, ensuring seamless and efficient hiring experience for all stakeholders.
- Advise and influence hiring managers with insightful market trends and talent availability data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making.
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
- Manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting.
Innovate & Continuous Learning:
- Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and best practices and share this information through the appropriate teams for assessment and adoption.
- Apply Lean methodology in your daily work to identify opportunities to optimize recruitment practices and processes to help improve the overall talent acquisition function.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Track record hiring for roles across the Central European region.
- Experience recruiting for Enabling Functions (Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing & Communications, Digital Technology etc.) roles.
- Fluent English skills are essential.
- Proficiency in various sourcing methods and tools.
- Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to drive success and improve processes.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in both Corporate and agency recruiting environments is preferred.
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between Ft8,256,000.00 and Ft12,384,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
