This position will be part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence where you will be working on projects and programs which enables recruiters to do their jobs better. You will be part of an international team where you’ll get to interact with people primarily in HQ Shenzhen, US and have exposure to colleagues based globally.Roles & Responsibilities

Working closely with recruiters and hiring team, to carry out US campus recruitment projects.

Working with the team to manage and improve our employee referral program, including but not limited to promoting internal referral openings to motivate employees to refer candidates.

Participating in recruiting programs, events, and activities when needed, including but not limited to Employer Branding Program, ATS CRM management, etc.

Participating and managing Talent Community Programs and seeking out potential candidates via Social Recruitment

Who We Look ForKey Attributes and Background
  • Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition etc.,
  • Minimum internship period is 3 months.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
  • Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
  • Professional-level fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate seamless collaboration between our international stakeholders and our HQ teams in China.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $20.77 to $38.08 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent
