Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Group Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Director, this position operates within a dual dynamic: locally, working closely with the Managing Director, the HR Director, recruiters, and managers in Morocco and at Group level. As part of the implementation of a centralized HR organization, you will benefit from the support of an internal community of Talent Acquisition Specialisat across all our geographies (with joint meetings planned).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing your team while remaining hands-on for strategic and key recruitments. You will define and implement innovative sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from pre-boarding to onboarding.
You will also work closely with sales teams across geographies and leadership to anticipate hiring needs and align headcount planning. Performance management will be a key part of your mission: monitoring KPIs, optimizing recruitment processes, and driving continuous improvement. You will also develop employer branding initiatives and campus management activities to strengthen SQLI’s attractiveness in Morocco in close collaboration with Global and Local Communications teams.
Qualifications- Proven experience in leading and developing recruitment teams, with a strong ability to inspire, coach, and drive performance
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic talent acquisition, including defining sourcing strategies and managing KPIs
- Solid track record in recruiting hard-to-fill technical profiles (Java Developers, Architects, DevOps, Microsoft 365, QA Automation, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, IA and Gen IA, and digital recruitment tools
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Balanced approach: hands-on operational involvement combined with analytical thinking and process optimization
- Critical thinking, openness to feedback, and willingness to challenge and improve existing practices
- Clear, transparent communication and a positive, energetic attitude
- Languages: Fluent in English and French
