About the location:

Overlooking the Venetian Lagoon and just steps from Piazza San Marco, Danieli, a Four Seasons Hotel, Venice is an iconic property offering elegant, spacious accommodations. The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.

About the Role
Responsible for the full Talent Acquisition cycle, from job definition to offer management. Leads recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring effective, inclusive practices to achieve business goals. Develops innovative sourcing methods, leveraging internal and external tools to drive hiring success. Contributes to building a strong employer brand and a culture of excellence across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the full-cycle Talent Acquisition process, up to and including Senior Leaders
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-performing talent that drives business results
  • Support workforce planning, mentor hiring teams, and optimize processes to enhance candidate experience
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the hotel’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Recruit all roles including Senior Leaders
  • Build and nurture proactive pipelines (LinkedIn/CRM)
  • Facilitate exploratory meet-and-greets for Senior Leaders with market talent
  • Amplify the property’s employer brand through social content and local events
  • Lead campus and community partnerships to secure future pipelines
  • Govern and elevate candidate experience to Four Seasons standards
  • Train and upskill hiring managers in interviewing, selection, and talent planning
  • Seamlessly manage visa processes, compliance, and reporting
  • Provide data-backed insights for GM and Senior Leaders decision-making

What You Bring

  • Extensive recruitment experience within a relevant industry
  • Deep understanding of the Italian market, labour laws, and hiring trends
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities to drive Talent Acquisition excellence.
  • Track record in end-to-end recruitment (≈100 hires/year).
  • Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and pipeline building.
  • Comfort recruiting up to Planning Committee level.
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to DIB strategies and community/campus partnerships.
  • Strong coaching skills toward hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
