Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruiting team by managing high-volume candidate pipelines, with a primary focus on application review and candidate filtering. This role is critical in ensuring that qualified candidates are identified efficiently and that recruiters can focus on engaging top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing strong evaluation, screening, and recruiting operations skills within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.


What you will do

  • Review and evaluate a high volume of candidate applications against defined role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate filtering to identify qualified talent for recruiter review
  • Maintain organized and accurate candidate pipelines within Greenhouse and Excel
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine screening criteria
  • Ensure timely processing of applications to support hiring speed and efficiency
  • Flag high-potential candidates and escalate where appropriate
  • Maintain consistency and fairness in candidate evaluation and decision-making
  • Support additional administrative and operational recruiting tasks as needed

What you will have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess information quickly and accurately
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume work while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or People Operations
