The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team in building an exceptional hiring process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring candidates have a smooth, positive experience while helping recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and efficient.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative functions, partnering closely with our Recruiters and Onboarding team to manage the overall interview process and scheduling.
This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all on-site interviews in our office hubs, as well as some virtual interviews
- Assist with onboarding activities to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization
- Assist with the immigration support process alongside the Employee Relations Manager
- Manage promoted jobs on LinkedIn
- Assist with ongoing candidate support as needed
- Assist with development of job descriptions and job postings through our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse
- Assist with our Internship program
- Contribute to recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing activities as needed
Position Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to change on a daily basis; ability to quickly shift tasks
- High attention to detail, accuracy and resourcefulness
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-organized and good at prioritizing work among many competing priorities
- Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Greenhouse is a plus

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.
