This is not just a scheduling role — we are looking for someone who understands recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and hiring analytics.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning goals
  • Develop and post compelling job descriptions across job boards and social platforms
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and professional networks
  • Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews
  • Evaluate candidates using structured interview techniques
  • Manage offer process and support onboarding coordination

Strategic & Operational Impact

  • Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting metrics
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Improve time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
  • Represent IABA at job fairs and community recruitment events
  • Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards

Requirements
  • 1+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in behavioral health, ABA, healthcare, education, or human services strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Comfortable handling high-volume hiring
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Workable, ADP Workforce Now, or Dayforce
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Familiarity with basic and proficient excel skills, and data entry
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practice
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Bonus if you have:
    • Experience recruiting for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) roles
    • Experience improving recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, conversion rates, sourcing ROI)
    • Experience partnering directly with executive or clinical leadership
