We're looking for a strategic recruiting partner to act as a brand ambassador, build strong relationships with our hiring leaders, and guide candidates through an exceptional hiring experience. What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing insights on market trends and best practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their team culture and define what success looks like for new hires.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our business and the digital health industry.
  • Keep managers and HR partners updated on the status of open roles and share insights to help us meet our hiring goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from reviewing resumes to screening candidates and presenting top talent to hiring managers.
  • Create a positive and supportive experience for every candidate.
  • Lead post-interview feedback sessions to help teams make informed hiring decisions.
  • Keep clear and organized records of all recruiting activities.
  • Analyze hiring data to identify trends and create reports for business leaders.
  • Utilize Ai tools to better automate end to end recruitment process

What You'll Bring

  • Experience
    • 7+ years of successful experience in corporate recruiting, staffing, or RPO.
    • Experience with Workday is a plus
    • Required experience recruiting for technical roles like Software Developers and Engineers.
    • Experience recruiting for an IT organization is essential; knowledge of healthcare and/or healthcare IT being a major plus.
  • Education
    • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

How You'll Work

  • This is a remote based with Position with some potential travel required.
  • Work schedule is typically a standard work week with on-call and after hours work sometimes required.
