Job Description
Your responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment, with focus on high-volume manufacturing/shop floor area;
Build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, P&O business partners and employment agencies;
Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively source, recruit, evaluate, network, and hire employees to meet the needs of our organization;
Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and work on tactical research, referral generation;
Advise and influence hiring managers with talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics;
Evaluate the skill level and overall fit of applicants against hiring managers' needs;
Maintain communications with and provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers as they go through the hiring process;
Manage whole TA operations and recruitment process - from sourcing, scheduling to extending offers, and closing candidates for specific roles;
Analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs, including candidate experience metrics, recruitment efficiencies, and sourcing channel effectiveness, analyze social posts and content success and engagement.
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines;
5+ years’ experience with end-to-end, high-volume recruitment within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (pharma related experience is a preference);
Strong understanding of recruiting shopfloor roles (operators, warehouse workers);
Strong communication skills, professionalism and business acumen with positive attitude that is necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and external providers;
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills;
Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels and candidates;
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and information;
Experience working with ATS systems (Workday experience preferred) and HR data management tools; ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records;
Strong technical skills and digital savviness, including proficient use of MS Office;
Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Pay range (gross monthly salary): 10 659 zł - 19 791 zł
Variable compensation:
- Annual performance-based bonus: 15%
