We are looking for Take Out Team Members that believe in treating our Guests with first-class service and incredible hospitality! SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must.


COMPENSATION

$19.61 Per Hour

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
  • Always keep the take-out/expeditor area clean and free from any unnecessary items
  • Check all items of the order for completion, accuracy, and to-go orders/table numbers
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
  • Be aware of and be able to inform Guests of Pacific Catch’s ingredients and components of all food and beverage items, as well as how to find this information if more details are needed
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
  • Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred

PHYSICAL

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
