Monday - Friday, full-time. Will travel for enterprise or team meetings a few times a year. Pay Range
$53.80 - $80.70We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of an exceptional internal mobility experience for our employees. This role is pivotal in shaping how talent moves within our organization, through career growth, flexible workforce solutions, and contingent-to-employee conversions, all while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent strategies. The outcome will be a seamless, user centered experience that enables career growth and development through equitable access to internal opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Talent Marketplace Leadership: Oversee the experience for employees searching and applying for roles, as well as solutions for contingent workforce engagement and conversion.
- Partner with UX Research: Leverage insights to inform strategy and design for internal mobility solutions.
- Discover our Business Requirements: Define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for platforms and processes.
- Evaluate & Implement Solutions: Assess third-party technologies, partner on implementation, and ensure successful adoption.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and optimize the internal mobility experience.
- Enable Strategic Workforce Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to digitally enable flexible workforce models that retain and maximize talent.
Preferred Experience:
- Deep understanding and passion for internal mobility and internal hiring experiences.
- Proven experience in mapping and optimizing end-to-end hiring processes, with a focus on user-centered design.
- Strong ability to analyze and improve the candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience within internal hiring workflows.
- Experience facilitating leadership-level sessions to align on strategy, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
- Exceptional product knowledge, especially in mobile and app-based platforms, with the ability to partner with product and tech teams.
- Skilled at translating business requirements into actionable product and process improvements.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, HR, or user experience design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to develop user-centric processes within a hiring manager and candidate experience framework.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with design tools and methodologies for enhancing user experiences.
Experience leading hiring manager and candidate experience initiatives in large organizations.
Knowledge of HR technologies supporting recruitment processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
