We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable AT&T Sales Assistant with a background in hospitality to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with people, enjoys fostering connections, and has a natural talent for creating memorable customer experiences.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, educating new team members about our vibrant company culture, and ensuring activities are effectively tracked and reported. You’ll use your product expertise to deliver exceptional customer interactions, promote a positive brand image for our client, AT&T,  and support a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Assistant:

  • Generate sales opportunities through the direct introduction of AT&T products and services
  • Identify and engage with key personnel
  • Build and maintain relationships with managers
  • Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers
  • Accurately track and communicate all activity with the team
  • Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data, sales metrics, and customer insights
  • Communicate with the marketing team and other Sales Assistants frequently
  • Perform other job-related duties as required
     

AT&T Sales Assistant Experience/Requirements:

  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule and travel frequently
