The Opportunity:


We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Systems Operations Engineer to join our dynamic, multinational team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems and cloud production environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation to effectively address complex and evolving challenges. In addition, exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires close cooperation with various departments to drive the continuous growth of the business.


The Systems Operations Engineer will oversee the full lifecycle of system design, deployment, operation, and maintenance. By consistently optimizing operational processes, the engineer will improve overall efficiency and service quality, providing the technical support needed for the company's sustainable growth.


What you will do at VeSync:


System Design and Planning

• Lead the system design for IT and cloud production environments. Ensure that the designed production environment aligns closely with business requirements in terms of standardization, security, scalability, and compliance, laying a solid architectural foundation for the stable operation of business.


Deployment and Change Management

• Take full responsibility for the deployment and change operations of IT systems.

• Centering around business needs, ensure that all deployment and change tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, strongly supporting the development and iteration of the business.

• Develop detailed deployment and change plans, coordinate relevant resources, and conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure seamless implementation without disrupting business operations.


System Operation and Maintenance

• Undertake the daily operational management of IT and cloud production environment systems. This includes key aspects such as accurately identifying and resolving production issues, promptly fixing vulnerabilities, and strictly reviewing compliance.

• Make every effort to guarantee the stable operation of the production environment and the high - level security of data.

• Establish a comprehensive monitoring system to detect potential problems in a timely manner, and have a well - defined emergency response plan to handle various situations effectively.


Business Technical Support

• Collaborate closely with the technical support team and the development team to address user feedback and other technology - related issues promptly.

• Establish an efficient communication mechanism to quickly understand the problem, jointly analyze the root cause, and develop effective solutions to ensure a smooth user experience and the normal operation of business processes.


Process Optimization and Enhancement

• Continuously focus on optimizing and improving operation - related process specifications. Through continuous innovation and improvement, effectively enhance the standardization and efficiency of operation work, and drive the operation work towards a more scientific and efficient direction.

• Regularly review and evaluate existing processes, introduce advanced management concepts and tools, and promote the automation and standardization of operation tasks.


What you bring to the role:


• A bachelor's degree or above in information technology, computer science, or related fields.

• In depth familiarity with AWS cloud services, possessing five (5) or more years of rich practical experience in cloud service design and operation.

• Demonstrate a profound understanding and practical capabilities in cloud service architecture and operation management.

• Proficient in various AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and Lambda, and be able to design and optimize complex cloud - based solutions according to business needs.

• Have a comprehensive understanding of computer - related theories, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems,

and network principles, which enables you to better understand and solve various technical problems in system operation.

• Familiar with mainstream programming languages such as Java and Python, have an in - depth understanding of the JVM, and possess relevant program operation and maintenance experience.

• Have experience in handling different types of application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in the cloud environment.

• Have a deep understanding of systems related to cloud security, be capable of independently completing cloud security design and operation work, and effectively prevent various security risks to ensure the security and stability of the cloud environment.

• Familiar with cloud - specific security threats, such as data leakage in the cloud, unauthorized access, and be proficient in implementing security measures like encryption, access control, and security

auditing.

• Having an AWS Architect certification is a big plus.


Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

Salary: Starting at $110,000 annually
