What You Will Do

The Systems Integrity Representative (SIR) is responsible for identifying, promoting, and selling Johnson Controls fire products and services. This role supports monthly and annual sales goals within an assigned territory.

How You Will Do It
  • Sell Fire & Life Safety products and services to correct deficiencies found during inspections.
  • Review inspection reports for non-compliant items and generate quotes for resolution.
  • Collaborate with Inspectors, Technicians, and Service Managers to develop quotes.
  • Send deficiency correction quotes to customers in a clear and timely manner.
  • Gain customer commitment via phone and email to perform the work or purchase parts.
  • Follow up persistently until quotes are signed or declined.
  • Log all customer interactions and quote follow-ups.
  • Refer complex deficiency corrections to Service Sales Representatives (ESERVs & SSERVs).
  • Complete all required training upon hire.
What We Look For
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, CRM, and web-based programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience (strongly preferred).
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up skills with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially via phone and email.
  • Energetic, positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
  • Mechanical or electrical field service experience is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Regular and consistent attendance; occasional overtime may be required.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $26.00.-$36.00 per hour (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This
