Job Summary:
As a Systems Engineer within Acrisure's IT department, you will be tasked with solving the most critical technology challenges the business faces. You will be called on to work collaboratively between IT silos and business functional units to design, deploy, and support Acrisure's technology portfolio. The work you will do is important and will support the tremendous growth that is cementing Acrisure as an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
- Follow directives, guidelines and procedures around Security Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
- Contribute to a growing knowledge base with the intention of assisting others through creating guides and process documentation
- Respond to customer via phone, email, and chat
- Manage core infrastructure systems such as storage, Vmware, backups & replication, network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, etc..
- You will participate in planning standups, design sessions, and implementation cutovers, providing support to both 3rd party vendors as well as other Acrisure team members.
- You will spend an appropriate amount of time documenting our deployed technology solutions.

Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of HyperV, VMWare, and public cloud hosting options.
- Domain rationalization and consolidation exposure in a Microsoft AD/Azure AD environment.
- High level understanding of network operations as they pertain to supporting a server ecosystem.
- Migration experience within the SMB space. Ability to highlight items of critical importance, quickly triage issues, determine appropriate solutions, and stabilize the environment for day 1 operations.
- Ability to both provide and take direction as well as produce an appropriate level of documentation.
- Automation-savvy with proficiency in at least 1 scripting language.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred.
- 3- 5 years of Technology experience within a complex IT environment. Desired Skills:
- Relevant industry recognized certifications.

Pay Details:
Hourly: $41 - $51
