Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and optimize enterprise collaboration, productivity, and cloud technologies across a complex healthcare environment. This individual will serve as a key technical resource responsible for administration, architecture, security, optimization, and support of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, and related collaboration platforms.
- Administer, configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services across the enterprise
- Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online environments including permissions, governance, workflows, and integrations
- Support Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, Copilot, and additional M365 collaboration tools
- Manage tenant-wide configurations including licensing, compliance, security settings, and role-based access
- Support Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management, authentication, and conditional access policies
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security, governance, retention, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 performance, connectivity, and integration issues
- Support upgrades, patches, migrations, and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable collaboration and productivity solutions
- Develop automation and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and consultative guidance
- Participate in after-hours support, on-call rotation, and emergency/hurricane response activities as needed
- 5 years of experience in a relevant technical role

- Planner and Loop
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- SharePoint Online
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and identity/access management
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or workflow automation tools
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, compliance, and administration best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience within a healthcare or highly regulated environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Intune, or endpoint management technologies
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with BI or enterprise applications
Benefits
Salary based on experience $105,000 - $120,000 +
