The Systems Administrator will manage user access in Azure and Google Workspace, support end-user technology, oversee device management, ensure security compliance, and create technical documentation.
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and collaborative Full-Time Temporary Systems Administrator (6-Month Term) to join our growing team at LogicManager. As the Systems Administrator, you will help shape the end-user technology experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure, with a focus on end users. This includes troubleshooting issues and maintaining a secure environment by deploying, configuring, and managing infrastructure solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth.
What You’ll Do
- Administration: Manage user administration and group policies in Azure & Google Workspace, ensuring the appropriate level of access with a zero-trust framework
- Authentication & Authorization: Enroll & support users and devices in Single Sign-On, MFA, ensuring self-service. Coordinate onboarding and onboarding of employees with PeopleOps
- Device & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement, provisioning, and distribution of end-user devices. Manage inventory of devices with 3rd party vendors, ensuring devices are monitored for end of life and inventory is available for replacement devices while managing cost
- End-User Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve end-user technology issues, ensuring a seamless and secure environment
- System Enhancement (10%): Develop and implement proactive measures to enhance system performance, reliability, and security, aligning with organizational goals and anticipated growth
- Policy & Compliance Management: Ensure systems and controls are set up and monitored to comply with security frameworks such as SOC2, NIST, and FedRamp, among others. Participate in annual SOC2 audit and related procedures, ensuring ease of governance and evidence presentation
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, to support knowledge sharing and ensure system integrity
What Skills You’ll Need
- Experience: 3+ years in systems administration or related, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and end-user support
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), networking concepts, security principles, and PowerShell scripting for automation. Relevant experience managing Windows devices
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication & interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available)
