OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our Technology Operations team. This role is critical to maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting a diverse set of technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server and macOS Server environments
  • Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Entra ID integrations
  • Oversee Synology NAS systems and Veeam backup solutions
  • Support and maintain Jamf for Apple device management
  • Administer Fortinet security ecosystem including firewalls and VPNs
  • Manage VMware ESXi environments for virtualization and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages
  • Provide support for macOS and Windows endpoints
  • Maintain and support Advantage ERP system
  • Support PlanSource HRIS platform
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and services in AWS
  • Support creative and design teams with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in systems administration across both Windows and macOS environments
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and scripting (PowerShell)
  • Experience with backup and storage solutions (Veeam, Synology)
  • Familiarity with Jamf and Apple device management
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet products and network security
  • Experience managing VMware ESXi environments
  • Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services
  • Experience supporting ERP and HRIS systems (Advantage, PlanSource, UKG)
  • Ability to manage and support creative tools (Adobe, Figma)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • 5+ years experience in similar or related role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Fortinet, VMware, or Jamf
  • Experience in a multi-platform enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools

The base salary range is $95k - $105k.
