Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Fort Wayne production workforce. As a Systems Administrator II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
o Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard.
o Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets.
o Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility.
o Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards.
o Serving as a mid-tier escalation point for other System Administrators.
o Working with Senior System Administrators on projects and occasionally taking on a project lead role.
o Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure.
o Creating and maintaining documentation.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
o High School Diploma
o 4+ years of experience in the industry.
o CompTIA Security+ Certification
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
o Bachelor's Degree
o Microsoft Active Directory
o Server Virtualization and Management
o Backup Infrastructure Management
o Networking Fundamentals (VLANs, Protocols, IPv4 Configurations)
o Experience with a wide range of Windows OSs (Windows 98 to Windows 11)
o Windows PowerShell Scripting
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
