The Systems Administrator will provide technical support, install and troubleshoot hardware/software, and maintain systems in both Windows and Apple environments.

* What we expect of you
* Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
* Ability to work onsite 5 days/week at Seal Beach, CA location
* 5+ years of direct technical support experience in front of the customer
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required to prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to staff and/or hardware and software vendors.
* Ability to effectively teach technical concepts to customers, ensuring clear understanding and proper usage of technology.
* Experience supporting both Windows and Apple environments along with associated back-up solutions.
* Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting hardware and software across both platforms.
* Experience in supporting iOS and Android devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
* Knowledge of best practices for system maintenance and user support
* Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in both software and hardware.
* Flexibility to adapt to evolving technical environments and user needs. Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and skill set Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differential
