JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Leadership & Commercial Management

  • Lead the non-regulated business unit with strong commercial acumen, translating cloud and managed services capabilities into profitable growth through disciplined pricing, deal shaping, margin management, and portfolio mix optimization
  • Manage P&L responsibility and drive operational efficiency across the sales organization with accountability for revenue growth and profitability
  • Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies to accelerate Private Cloud adoption in non-regulated verticals
  • Optimize pricing and packaging strategies to maximize win rates, deal velocity, and profitability in competitive markets

Sales & Market Execution

  • Lead high-velocity sales teams focused on rapid deal closure and expansion within target accounts
  • Drive innovative Private Cloud use cases, including AI/ML infrastructure, containerized workloads, and cloud-native applications
  • Champion customer success through rapid deployment, seamless migration, and optimization programs
  • Leverage market intelligence and competitive analysis to position Private Cloud solutions effectively
  • Implement data-driven sales methodologies and pipeline management disciplines
  • Foster an entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation, speed, and customer outcomes

Ecosystem & Partnership Development

  • Work in partnership with the Alliance Leader to nurture a high-impact ecosystem of ISVs, channel partners, and strategic alliances to accelerate go-to-market, expand solution reach, and drive shared commercial outcomes
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with global systems integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, and technology-focused partners to create joint solutions and expand market coverage
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, cloud management platforms, DevOps tool providers, and emerging technology companies
  • Establish channel programs that enable rapid scaling and market penetration through indirect sales
  • Create co-innovation initiatives with partners to develop new use cases and solutions for fast-moving markets

Product & Market Innovation

  • Collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap based on emerging market trends and customer requirements
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events as a thought leader
  • Drive market positioning and competitive differentiation through innovative solution development

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology sales or cloud business development
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive, fast-paced markets
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience with high-velocity sales models and data-driven sales operations
  • Deep knowledge of Private Cloud competitive landscape and differentiation strategies
  • Outstanding ability to identify and close new business opportunities quickly
  • Excellent commercial acumen and deal structuring capabilities
  • Strong executive presence and C-level engagement skills
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
