How do you fit in?

The Sustainability Data & Reporting Analyst supports Fabletics’ ESG strategy by managing the data and insights that drive transparency, compliance, and supplier impact reporting. This role collects, validates, and analyzes climate and ESG data to support disclosures and track progress toward sustainability goals.


You will support reporting aligned with leading climate and ESG frameworks e.g. TCFD as well as broader regulatory requirements, extended producer responsibility (EPR) programs, and supplier environmental and social impact metrics. This position also collaborates closely with global supply chain partners and supports initiatives tied to material traceability, supplier environmental performance improvement.

 

Sustainability Data & Reporting Analyst will report to the Director, Sustainability Business Operations.

What you will do:

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Collect and validate sustainability data from cross-functional teams to support annual Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG calculations and maintain accurate records in carbon accounting systems

  • Support climate and ESG disclosure reporting for regulatory, compliance, and voluntary requirements (e.g., TCFD, CDP, rating agencies).

  • Assist with state-level extended producer responsibility (EPR) reporting.

  • Maintain documentation and internal controls for audit-ready, reliable data.

Supplier Impact, Traceability & Platform Management

  • Oversee supplier impact data and support assessments using Higg/Worldly tools.

  • Track supplier performance metrics, identify data gaps, and help drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage sustainability-related workflows within the company’s traceability platform, ensuring high-quality, accurate supplier inputs.

Sustainability Goals, Metrics & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain sustainability metrics, KPIs, and scorecards that track progress toward company goals.

  • Benchmark ESG performance against industry peers and evolving best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Initiatives

  • Support sustainability working groups and cross-functional initiatives focused on emissions reduction, supplier transparency, circularity, and compliance.

  • Collaborate across functions to strengthen data processes, enhance system integration, and improve reporting efficiency.

Engagement, Research & Partnerships

  • Monitor global and regional ESG trends, supplier impact standards, and regulatory developments to keep the team informed.

  • Assist in the creation of presentations, briefs, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

What you can bring:

Technical and Analytical Expertise (Hard Skills)

  • 2–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, climate analytics, or data analysis.

  • Working knowledge of GHG accounting and climate/ESG frameworks, including TCFD.

  • Experience with Higg/Worldly tools (FEM, FSLM, MSI, etc.) or equivalent supplier-impact platforms.

  • Familiarity with traceability platforms (e.g., TrusTrace, TextileGenesis, Worldly Product Tools).

  • Understanding of supplier environmental and social impact requirements, including audits, assessments, and performance tracking.

  • Strong data analysis skills in Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

  • Ability to build, track, and interpret KPIs and sustainability metrics.

  • Knowledge of textiles and apparel manufacturing is a strong plus.


Communication & Collaboration Skills

  • Ability to translate technical data into concise insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience in consumer goods, apparel, or retail preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $64,000-$85,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
