Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive PMO Coordinator Intern (Contractor Role) to join the Passes Support & Safety team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for an MBA student looking to apply their knowledge in a dynamic, real-world project management environment, and potentially transitioning into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in delivering projects from planning through launch and will be proficient in using various project management tools including Monday.com, Asana, and Trello.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PMO Operations: Assist the Support & Safety team in monitoring and tracking the progress of multiple projects/roadmaps. 
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Help plan, coordinate, and track deliverables, timelines, and resources across several projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Project Management Tools Utilization: Use and update project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) to organize tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring all project stakeholders are aligned.
  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Assist in creating and maintaining project/process documentation and project management templates. Contribute ideas to enhance project management processes and efficiency.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Support the identification and tracking of project risks and issues, helping escalate when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, with a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in project management.
  • 1-2 years of experience working on projects from initiation to completion.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for the creator economy and supporting the success of creators.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
