Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Enablement Coordinator Intern to join the Support & Safety team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for an MBA student eager to gain hands-on experience in learning and development, training, and process documentation, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in enablement or L&D, with a strong ability to write clear, concise technical documentation and assist with our trust & safety and customer support training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Enablement Support: Assist the enablement team in creating, organizing, and delivering training programs for internal stakeholders.
  • Process Documentation: Help document and publish technical processes, workflows, and procedures across different L&D channels such as our help center and internal knowledge base
  • Creating L&D Materials: Collaborate with the team to develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and guides.
  • Training Logistics: Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and organizing training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
  • Employee Onboarding Support: Help streamline onboarding programs, ensuring new hires receive the necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Support the tracking of employee training progress, including gathering feedback to continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams which may include Product, Development, or Creator Success to identify enablement needs and ensure alignment on training goals and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance the overall enablement process and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or BBA, with a keen interest in learning & development or organizational enablement.
  • 1-2 years of experience in learning & development, enablement, or a similar role, with exposure to training and process documentation.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to document technical processes and procedures in a simple and accessible format.
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the creator economy and supporting the success of creators.
  • Familiarity with training platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and methods is a plus.
