Roles and Responsibilities
- Performs buying duties for Flight Test Operation. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Place and follow-up on purchase orders. Manage relationships with suppliers for execution.
- Alternate to day-to-day IT operations, the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure and deskside support.
- Engages in the site’s Environmental, Health and Safety programs to ensure compliance with all tasks and projects performed. This includes compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supports physical security and crisis management program for protection of assets and employees. Serves alternate site security leader.
- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
- Embraces and integrates Lean principles to drive productivity, on-time delivery, process capability, and stable operations in our increasingly complex and demanding environment.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of related experience in job. Operations in a manufacturing, laboratory, or test environment, Sourcing/Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics, Facilities or EHS.

- Due to the nature of the duties of this position, this role requires the individual to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. citizenship
- Ability and willingness to work flexible and off-shift hours (including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, nights, weekends, and holidays) when business needs dictate.
- Ability and willingness to travel to and support operations at offsite locations when business needs dictate.

The base pay range for this position is $99,900 - $133,200 – 166,500. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 12/1/2025.
