Job Title: Support Operations Intern

Location: Remote

Job Type: Internship

Hours: 5-15 hours weekly

Duration: 4 months minimum

About Us: Supportiv is an online service providing on-demand peer-to-peer support for mental health and emotional wellbeing. People are matched instantly and anonymously with others facing similar challenges, allowing for shared experiences, coping, problem-solving, and emotional support and via live-moderated chats. Topics center around daily struggles, such as work, relationships, parenting, and life stress. 

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Support Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative and back-office operations. The Support Operations Intern will work closely with our Moderator Operations team to support various projects aimed at supporting and enhancing daily operations of our digital health platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data entry, review, and tracking of various different metrics
  2. Drafting emails and note taking
  3. Updating and maintaining the company’s resource library, and adding additional resources when necessary. 
  4. Managing Jira feedback/support tickets for review
  5. Special projects and additional tasks as needed

Requirements: 

  1. Located in the US
  2. Available between 9am-5pm CST on weekdays
  3. Experience/education in behavioral health and sciences, health care administration, public health, or health informatics. 
  4. Interest in behavioral health and health care technology
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
  7. Able to efficiently self-manage workload and collaborate in a remote environment
  8. Highly comfortable with navigating and learning various technologies and relevant systems
  9. Experience with Jira is a plus
