About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies. As a key member of our Tier 3 escalation team, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to cloud identity, networking, authentication, and Microsoft BackOffice technologies. This is a highly collaborative role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support for Azure and M365, including Exchange Online, Cloud Identity, and Security & Compliance

  • Handle multiple support cases daily, from intake to resolution, with a strong focus on research and root cause analysis

  • Collaborate with internal teams, Premier Support contacts, and delivery partners to resolve customer issues

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and meetings as required

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality documentation for each case




Qualifications:Must-Have Experience:
  • 5+ years in Technical Customer Support within the technology sector

  • 4+ years working directly with Microsoft 365 or Azure (e.g., Azure Identity, Exchange Online, Cloud Security)

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft BackOffice Technologies

  • Strong background in enterprise-level troubleshooting and customer communication

Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

  • OR minimum 3 years in a technical support role in an enterprise environment



Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually.  The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
