Position Summary

A support associate is tasked with maintaining Booker and My Favorite Neighbor standards of organization, tidiness and cleanliness in customer facing operations and back of house operations.

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing tasting room phone calls
• Assisting guests in creating and managing reservations
• Managing current and future reservations
• Greeting and seating guests
• Providing water service
• Stocking wine and non-wine inventory
• Communication with servers and bussers
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of facilities
• Clearing tables and resetting tables for service
• Polishing glasses
• Assisting with onsite events as needed
• In-depth knowledge of experiences, club, and current information of BKR and MFN

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be friendly and approachable

• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
• Capabilities to be flexible and manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Commitment to high standards, detail oriented, coachable and highly motivated

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 50lbs or a case of wine
• Hourly Rate: $16.50/an hour (tip eligible)
• Must be at least 21 years of age"
