Life at TodayTix Group
We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

The Supply Operations team makes sure that when someone books a ticket to a live event — a show, a tennis match, a festival — everything behind the scenes is accurate: the event set up correctly, inventory loaded, and pricing accurate across every sales channel.

We're looking for a Supply Operations Senior Associate to own a full book of live events day to day — running it accurately at volume, solving the routine problems yourself, and knowing when something's genuinely novel enough to bring to your manager rather than guess at. You'll use AI tools to take repeat work off your own plate, and you'll be one of the people newer teammates come to when they're stuck. Partners on your book will know you as their point of contact.

Please note:

This is a full-time, US-based role. We're hiring in two locations this cycle: New York and the West Coast (greater Los Angeles). Candidates within commuting distance of our New York office work hybrid, a minimum of 2 days per week in the office; candidates outside commuting distance of a TTG office work remotely.

Live events don't respect traditional office hours. Weekend and on-sale coverage is a standard part of this role, not extra days on top of a Mon–Fri week — you'll work a rotating schedule that includes regular weekend days, and your hours will track the markets you cover. For the West Coast role, that includes West Coast on-sale and showtime coverage.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Your book (roughly 20–30 events) goes out clean at volume, with routine issues handled by you and only genuinely novel or high-stakes ones escalated.
  • Partners on your book treat you as their day-to-day point of contact.
  • You've proposed at least one process change with clear reasoning — whether or not it was your call to make it happen.
  • You use AI tools to remove repeat work from your own plate, and you catch it when the output is wrong before it goes operational.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a book of events end to end for day-to-day complexity — setup, inventory, pricing, amendments, offers and access programs.
  • Solve routine problems yourself; escalate selectively when something is genuinely new or high-stakes.
  • Suggest process or automation improvements with reasoning. You're not expected to have unilateral authority to kill a process — that's the next level — but you should be the one noticing and building the case.
  • Use AI tools to reduce your own repeat work, and check output before it's used operationally.
  • Informally mentor newer Associates on your team — share what you know; you're not expected to own their onboarding.
  • Act as a known contact for partners on your book, and keep your immediate team and adjacent departments (Merchandising, Partnerships, CX) current on your slate's status.
  • Note: This list represents the highest-priority focus areas for this role. Responsibilities will naturally evolve as the business grows and shifts — candidates should expect the scope to develop over time.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Experience owning a defined slate of live-events or ticketing work, not just supporting one.
  • An example of solving a problem independently, and a separate example of escalating something that genuinely needed it — we're looking for the judgment to tell the two apart.
  • Real use of AI tools on your own work, with a specific example.
  • Clear, proactive communication with partners and internal teams.
  • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with operational data.
  • Flexibility for weekend/on-sale shifts per quarter.
  • Nice to have: some experience mentoring or informally guiding less experienced colleagues.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
