Job Description

KIOXIA America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented SCM Operation Specialist to support daily logistics and data operations within the Business Operation department in the SSD Business Unit. This role will focus on data gathering, reporting, inventory reconciliation, and serial number tracking to ensure inventory accuracy, timely shipment processing, and operational continuity across HUB warehouses and service providers.  This is a fixed-term role, not to exceed 12 months. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Excel capability, accuracy in handling large datasets, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal systems and external logistics partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain aging on-hand and in-transit inventory reports using MSGA and internal tracking systems.
  • Support MSGA item master data input and Internal Purchasing Price item registration updates.
  • Collect inbound, outbound, and inventory status data from HUB web portals of 3rd party freight forwarder & warehouse service providers to prepare warehouse reconciliation reports.
  • Prepare and maintain manual ASN/Macro Excel templates using serial number, carton ID, and tracking information to support HUB receiving activities.
  • Extract and update serial number data from BI reports to track outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics, finance, and post-sales teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy across logistics and post-sales systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data consolidation, VLOOKUP preferred).
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle MSGA or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive data processes with high accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources and web portals simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The expected salary for this position is $67,890.00 - $106,180.00.
