We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

2. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

3. Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.

4. Communicate with external partners, including suppliers, carriers, and customers.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and supply chain best practices.

6. Manage and optimize inventory levels, transportation costs, and warehousing operations.

7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and metrics to measure supply chain performance.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

2. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.

4. Professional certifications, such as CSCP, CLTD, or APICS.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in supply chain software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates.

 

Nice to Have:

 

1. Experience with supply chain data analytics and visualization tools.

2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as customs regulations or transportation safety regulations.

3. Familiarity with lean supply chain principles and practices.
