This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain strategy, execution, and project management for key Mondelez brands. The role focuses on both innovation and productivity initiatives in North America, ensuring the optimization of category resources and the realization of maximum benefits through cross-functional program synergies across the Bars portfolio.
This position is a pivotal component of the Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team, serving as the primary liaison between cross-functional departments, including R&D, Marketing, and Sales, and the broader Supply Chain organization. It ensures the successful execution of projects that deliver tangible value to both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead the strategy for manufacturing sourcing and capacity management, while overseeing the development of capital investment proposals to enhance supply network strategies for key Mondelez brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Finance, Quality, Planning and Engineering, as well as Operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Single point of contact for cross-functional partners out of Supply Chain for the execution of innovation and productivity-related projects.
- Provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders on progress, project delivery status, financials, supply planning, and next steps.
- Lead internal feasibility assessment during first stage gate of the projects and build the business case to support commercial team's strategic agenda; define network capability (capacity/technology) and capital associated with developing such capability.
- Lead the implementation of key growth, innovation, and supply chain network optimization initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication.
- Provide leadership for the Product Change Management organization and Plant Business Developments, represent Commercialization and Business Development to commercial partners as directed.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support growth objectives and margin targets.
What you will bring

- 5 + years of Project Management experience within consumer products.
- 5 + years of Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or Research & Development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing/Finance/Product Supply/Procurement principles preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, innovation stage gate governance, agile project management and capex business case write ups.
